Planking Chicago Style

What is planking to you? I enjoy searching for new places more than actually planking. I'll be sharing my adventures through Chicago. I want this to turn into a place where people come and judge each others plank. I have devised a planking point system that I think should be used in every plank.

Chicago Rules Of Planking!

THE MOST IMPORTANT RULE is to plank regardless of safety.
You must always lay face down, ensuring your face remains expressionless for the duration of the Plank.
Your legs must remain straight, and together with toes pointed.
Your arms must be placed by your side, held straight and fingers pointed.
If you announce to everyone that your about to plank then deduct 1 PT.
We have a point system in Chicago Planking-more points is the name of the game.
1. 1 PT given if your in the correct position.
2. 1-3 PT given for uniqueness of plank.
3. 1 PT given for planking private property.
4. 1-3PT given for each added item that is used in your plank.
5. 1-2 PT given for longevity of plank. (Extra PT given for extreme periods of planking) (Honor System)
6. If you need first aid then your obviously doing it wrong and a quick escape route need to be on hand.

Regular Rules Of Planking

THE MOST IMPORTANT RULE is make sure you PLANK SAFE!!!
You must always lay face down, ensuring your face remains expressionless for the duration of the Plank.
Your legs must remain straight, and together with toes pointed.
Your arms must be placed by your side, held straight and fingers pointed.
You must make it known that you are Planking. Saying 'I am Planking' usually get this across. Sternly announcing it will ensure a good result.
Once again your safety should always be considered. Properly thought through Planking procedures should always go to plan. Never put your self at undue risk.
First Aid should never be far away. Ice, Bandaids, Cast Plaster, needle and thread, emotional support and a quick escape route need to be on hand.
